RETURN POLICY / DISCLAIMER

You may return any Ready! Set! Sign!! software or video products by (1) returning the products and (2) notifying RSS in writing of the reason for the return --actually received by RSS within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the product. Returns will be accepted only if unopened or defective. All returned products must be in unmarked and sellable condition, except for defects you might specify in your reason for return. Include a copy of the packing slip with each returned item to assure proper customer credit. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, address and phone number (and Purchase Order # if applicable), along with your return. RSS cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error or the shipped product was found to be defective. You can expect a refund, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Although we issue the credit as quickly as possible, please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your billing statement, depending upon how quickly your bank processes the credit. We will replace defective items with a new copy of the same item, unless otherwise instructed.
